  • Do I need to have a definitive idea of a design before working with you?
    No. I have been successfully working with clients for over 32 years and have a knack for coming up with great designs while working with the client in the creative process. You don't have to come in with any ideas if you don't have any.
  • How can we meet for the design process?
    If you are local to Reading PA, I can come to you or we can meet at a convenient location. Otherwise, we can meet via Zoom, Facetime, Messenger Video, or other similar online platforms.
  • Do you only offer custom designs, can I order from one of your catalogue companies?"
    Absolutely, I have very good sources for wedding bands and all kinds of necklaces, bracelets, and earrings of various metals. Let me know what you are looking for, and we can work through it together.
  • Can you accommodate all budgets?
    Yes, within reason! Working with Stainless Steel and/or Sterling Silver can keep the cost under $500.
  • What is the standard turn around time?
    Once the CAD is approved the standard turnaround time is 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Is a deposit required prior to the delivery of the finished piece?
    Yes, a 50% deposit is required once the CAD image is approved. (A CAD image can be modified once without extra charges.) The remaining balance on a custom-made piece is due once the piece is completed and prior to shipment. (An image of the completed piece will be forwarded to the customer prior to shipment.)
  • What are the shipping options?
    In most cases next day delivery is available. For items with a value over $1,000, the cost of shipment for the customer will be determined on a case-by-case basis, due to insurance coverage.
  • Where can you ship to?
    Anywhere on planet earth!
  • What is the return policy?
    For custom projects, after the CAD image is approved, the customer's deposit can be refunded, minus a fee for the design and CAD process (Determined on a case-by-case basis). All custom-ordered jewelry cannot be returned after delivery is made.
  • Where do you get your Colored Stones?
    I have a number of exceptional sources for all gemstones. Being in the industry for over 32 years I have cultivated relationships with some of the top gem dealers in the world and can get the best of the best! This includes some of the rarest gems on the planet!
  • What metals do you work with?
    We offer a wide variety of metals Includeing: 14kt yellow gold 14kt white gold 14kt rose gold 18kt white gold Platinum Stainless Steel Sterling Silver Other colored gold, such as green and black may be available
  • Do you work with Lab Grown Gemstones?
    Yes, we work with Lab Grown Diamonds and Colored Stones of many kinds. We actually prefer to work with Lab Grown Diamonds because they are ethically sourced and affordable.
