Shipping Policy

The safety of your custom-designed piece is important to us! That is why all pieces that require shipping will be insured for the value of the piece. Customers are required to report lost items to Justin within 5 days of expected arrival, for insurance purposes. After an item is determined as lost a new timeline for recovery or recreation of the piece will be discussed. Shipping vendors are responsible for refunds of pieces that are lost in the mail.

Custom designs and shipping timelines may vary, expected shipping timelines will be discussed during your consultation. All custom designs will not be shipped until payment is received in full.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our custom designs are made just for you, upon approval of the CAD design we will request a non-refundable deposit of at least 50%. All custom designs will be shipped after the non-refundable payment is received in full.  Once the piece has been picked up or delivered no refunds or exchanges are granted. 

 

All purchases are final.
